Notwithstanding some of the subs being too brief, I love how it appears to be written by a fan, or at least someone with good knowledge of Malick. And I'm surprised it hasn't got more attention. Or perhaps I mean disappointed. I'd like to think Malick fans can have a sense of humour. Malick, by many accounts, does, and I even read there's a (well overdue) reminder/hint of that in KoC.
Anyway, although hilarious, the basic premise of this spoof re-subbing of Der Untergang has one key flaw, in that it must have been written (most likely) by an American, as the 10th Sept early German release seems almost certainly going to happen. I did say almost.
Funnily enough, my kids had recently been presented in school with another re-subbed version of this clip, in this case with Hitler warning them what would happen if they didn't submit their final testing and documentation for their International Baccalaureates. What's the next usage, the ASPCA with messaging on spaying and neutering?
