I'm guessing it's called Knight of Cups based on some esoteric concept, like the immature indulgent drunk-in-love " "knight ". Like the actual tarot card.

This film did not have any script, and none of the actors knew what was happening with their characters when they got to set each day. That's probably why the trailer seems to paint the film in such an abstract light.
As for the title, go to the trivia and read about what the card means
I think this script thing is about another untitled terrence malick film which stars ryan gosling, rooney mara and others.
