Just watch it

If you're a horror fan and since you obviously have access to the internet, watch the film. It's ballsy move to offer a free viewing online prior to deciding whether to purchase the hard copy, you might think that this must be some sub youtube disaster that they've chosen this method, well think again.

This is easily in my top three for 2014 and that is out of an insanely high number of films, I can go on as to my specific reasoning behind such an opinion and will add further thoughts but since this board was empty and I so thoroughly enjoyed this little horror flick I needed to at least leave this faint imprint of accolades before leaving the page.

Find the film free at it's website at www.piecesoftalent.com/amissingpiece Personally I watched the film before the trailer and it added quite a bit more mystery to the mayhem, but to each their own.

I just stumbled across this film, during A lazy, Saturday, download spree. Let me just state now, that I've watched pm any, and all horror, since I can remember, so I know A good movie when I see one. All that said, I felt myself wrapped up in this instantly. That opening death scene sucked me in.

The movie as A whole was completely original. We've all seen the goofy, fanatical serial killer before, but I've never seen one depicted like this before.

Then there was Charlotte! A girl next door type, that throughout the whole entire film, find A way to feel sorry for (well before David finds is way into her life)..

Never have I rooted for the killer to succeed, as much as the heroin. In a lot of ways, that's exactly how the payoff ended up.. I hope the underground fandom supports this enough for A sequel, but if they don't, I'm totally fine with this being the only installment...

I second your opinion. A nice gem. Love independent movies like these. I can't wait to see their next movie. Kristi May is also in that one.
