Watched it on a whim...no idea what I was getting into.

I really liked it. It didn't take itself seriously, had some decent humor, decent plot, decent action, and some really good driving/chasing.

I came away very satisfied and would recommend it.

I hate IMDB's Signature policy...

Me too. If you go in with no expectations or biases about the cast, director etc... it makes it so much more enjoyable.

I watched it on a whim too. It was okay but all the annoying PC propaganda kinda ruined it.

That's how I watch every movie. Not knowing who wrote the script, is the director, is starring, the plot, or anything. I got to see some gems, and some stinkers too. I always come to IMDb after it only to find the same threads over and over; 'this movie sucks', 'Best movie ever', 'would have been better if...', 'I hate...' and so on.
