Been to Clovis
I've been to Clovis and thought it was quite funny when they were depicted like some big city school. I guess the air force base makes them a bit bigger but it's still a pretty tiny town with a one plane airport.
shareClovis is small, but its border touches Fresno which is the largest city in the Central Valley. Furthermore, Clovis has relatively few high schools relative to its size, so you have a school of about 3,000 students vs McFarland which may have around 700. Also, compared to McFarland, Clovis is very affluent and their schools continue to dominate athletics in the region.
