What a ridiculously dated reference. Want to throw a Tanya Harding joke in there while we are doing these insults at the height of their popularity?

That being said I'm fascinated by the way we as a society frame conversations about women. Lets be honest, most roles for actresses start to become much fewer and further between. But Kidman had Botox. Therefore she's terrible. And yet you go on say, Kathleen Turner's page and it's all about how horribly she's aged.

My issue: I didn't see Grace Kelly when I watched the teaser. I saw Nicole Kidman. It was a teaser though, so can't really judge it at this point. I thought for sure Scarlett Johanson would be a disaster as Janet Leigh in Hitchcock and was pleasantly surprised by her warmth and how she handled Leigh. I think of Kidman as more talented, although her choices aren't always my favorite, but I still expect her to do a fine job.

You actually mean you like the way Nicole whispers though her roles and her forehead cannot move? They could have saved money by using the waxwork of her from Madame Tussauds instead. Who in their right mind would employ the real Nicole?

No, she did it with the windsheild of her car.

Grace Kelly certainly wasn't the end all be all of women. There were women much more beautiful than she was and I find the attacks on Nicole Kidman just a little fkcing annoying.

Swing away, Merrill....Merrill, swing away...

I don't know Moose-- GKG was quite stunning in her 20s. What I call an "Ice Blonde B-word"-she was so beautiful that it hurts to look at her photos.
Its a dangerous type of beauty. Cool. Sophisticated.
She almost looks like she would slit your throat while you are sleeping or give your secrets to the Nazi's or whatever.

Charlize Theron and Robin Wright give off the same vibes.

...oh and plastic surgery//injectibles have come a long way since 1956-1962. I think the practice was in its infancy in that time frame and a nose job was probably the very best you could hope for--- face freezing is a millennium thing.

and I agree with Andrew above and add that it should be sanctioned that Hollywood actresses need confidence fluffers to keep them from screwing up their faces and the ability to show emotions.
Its the system not the actress that I find fault with all the fat sweaty producers that want big boobed bimbos to play every role because they want to get them on the casting couch. Beautiful women hacking into their faces because they are always criticized like a piece of meat. Sad.

I can't hear you over the volume of my hair.
