Which ones more accurate?

Zero Dark 30, or Seal Team 6? I'm asking because the reasons both films gave for suspecting Bin Laden's whereabouts were different. In Zero Dark 30, if I remember right, they found out by asking captured Al Qaida operatives or informants, often using torture. They found out who Bin Laden's messenger and courier was and followed him. In Seal Team 6, the one man noticed something very peculiar about one of the Guards guns from a Bin Laden video. And became convinced that Bin Laden had to be there. I can't recall off the top of my head, how they come to find out the compounds location. Can someone please fill me in.
