Beautifully Filmed Film!

This is a great film. I was enthralled with the beauty of the film, the colors simply pop off the screen. The beauty of the women, in particular, and the clothing came through the film so brilliantly. Just... brilliant!

The premise of the film is not new; it will be familiar to many. But the retelling of a familiar tale can be forgiven in exchange for such a beautifully presented and well acted piece of cinema.

It was also great to see Yaya Alafia and Danai Gurira looking so stunning. And Isaach de Bankolé (Cassandra's husssssband ) has long been a favorite of mine.

I truly enjoyed this film.

I agree. i love de Bankolé. I see him on the train sometimes. He's still gorgeous.
