This film really pulls you into the story and the struggle the wife has is shown so poignantly. The actress portraying her did a marvelous job.

I honestly didn't like the ending, however. It really leaves you hanging and I don't like that because it stays in your head. (in my opinion)

I think the fact that Ayo showed up at the hospital indicates that he was willing to give her another chance.
