Not since AVP: Requiem have I been so disgusted with how a film looked

If you've seen AVP: Requiem, you will know something with terribly wrong with The Lighting...in almost every action scene, It was simply so dark, You couldn't see what was going on. it was absurd

Godzilla(2014) is another example, although not as bad as AVP: Requiem...during the climax of Godzilla, all the action takes place at night, and for some reason The Director or someone involved with the film darken the lighting way too much.

Assassins Creed is now another example of this, The movie was way to Dark, and its the kinda dark that was purposely done, They actually tried to make it that dark by adjusting the lighting way too much...and then there was The "Dust" that was completely overboard and made it even harder tell what was going on.

I've never played the game, but I'm a big fan of Action movies and bought this on Blu ray...I actually enjoyed the movie and story, but I was just disgusted at how dark and dusty all the action scenes were, The Director,Editor or person in charge of Color for the film simply BLEW IT...Its fine that they wanted to make the film Dark, but there are ways to do it that doesn't effect seeing whats actually going on

any who Decent film, would definitely watch a sequel if one was made but I'm not sure if one will be green light based on AC's box office

they made such a BIG DEAL of doing so much off this "in camera" and because of the crappy lighting, it ALL looks like terrible CGI. i agree completely. it looked worse than a game.
