Will the Isu factor into this?

I remember in the game Doctor Viddick says most human inventions pioneered by Abstergo are not really inventions but reverse engineered technology from the Isu.

Plus later games pretty much state that Juno is the main antagonist of the series manipulating the Assassins and Templars.
