why not make the baby cart mobile?

since the baby respirator was not plugged into the wall, hence the battery, why didn't he find a cart and a wheelchair?
He could have put the respirator and monitor on the cart, the crank generator on the wheel chair, tied them together, and push the baby around to wherever he needs to go?
The whole running back to the room every 3 minutes for a freaking 90 minute movie was so gay.

Just what I was wondering.. The incubator must have been built-in.

To have the incubator, ventilator and the generator he needed he would need

~~ SCENARIOS ~~
1) a single gurney. It would have been a tight fit if that
2) Possibly two gurneys to hold all the equipment. He could latch on unused iv tubing to latch the two gurneys together
3) If worse came to worse it was a hospital surely there was an ambu bag so he could ventilate for her. At least with that scenario they could leave the hospital on foot. The IV bag he could drape over his shoulder with spare ones in his pockets.

Oh FYI the doctor saying when the baby finally would cry it would be the best sound ever. He was right
