I'm just curious, what about this movie has people thinking it's going to be so horrible? It's already getting poopooed on with a 5.6 rating and it's not even out yet.

The rating scared me at first, since I was waiting for this movie. I decided to give it a try nonetheless. And I thought it was great. Not a masterpiece, but a beautiful drama about a fascinating topic I wasn't familiar with at all, very decently crafted, and carried by a VERY strong performance by Michelle Monaghan. So I went back to the film's IMDB page, to be sure I'd seen such a low rating, and I noticed that less than 300 people rated it. I'm pretty sure that if Fort Bliss was in theaters and seen by at least a few thousands of people, it would go from 5.8 to a strong 6.8.
