What was the book that Elvis (Michael Shannon) showed to Jerry (Alex Pettyfer)
telling him that it was a good book & that he should read it? Could not make out the title. Also curious about Elvis (Michael Shannon) assigning a number to Jerry.
Elvis was introduced to all this nutty spiritualism by his wacky hairdresser Larry Geller in the mid-60s. Today I guess it would be called New Age. Elvis was obsessed with his purpose in life and the reason he was chosen to be so successful. You know "why me, why me." I don't know the title of the book but it was one on numerology, where of course Elvis would be a 9 (the highest level) because his birthday was Jan. 8th (1 + 8).
