Mud (2012) was amazing. Take Shelter and Revolutionary Road was pretty good also.
shareThe most recent movies he's been in say the last 3 to 4 months have been crap. Loving and Nocturnal Animals look very promising, though Nocturnal Animals may have a very exclusive target audience because of its story. Let's just say it's extremely literary.

Before the Devil knows your Dead was excellent even though Shannon is barely in it. I thought Premium Rush & Man of Steel were both decent.
