He probably can sue the hell out of the police and even the dispatchers for the way they handled this child abduction situation. Here's people who say they know a child is being taken and they have seen her, but the cops barely tried. Especially the cop that pulled them over. They were able to find this guy like 4 times, but this cops who can legally speed didn't catch up with him. Then when she called back they said he "got called away". From chasing a kidnapper???
