Then is screaming "do you not care about getting a ticket?!" when he tries to catch up with the driver and runs a light. I'm 20 minutes in and this chick is enough to make me turn it off already.

LOL OMG, I was just laughing at that line. I have to give her credit on saying that line with a straight face. Do they ever get out of the car or does anything remotely interesting happen besides them following this guy, arguing with each other, and the drama? If the rest of the movie is this, I'm going to shut it off.

Nope. What you just wrote is pretty much the entire movie until the last 10 minutes ...then in the last 10 minutes they're walking around outside and breaking into a house, while following that guy and arguing with each other. Ha ha. Don't waste your time on this film.

I just shut it off at the twenty minute mark and I never bothered to watch it again. I thank Shoegirl for saving my time and my brain cells. I've heard this movie was ATROCIOUS!
