Wanted to make a 'My thoughts while I watch'-Threat but...

Most of the time when I watch Asylum movies it's by accident, like this time. It's usually a few minutes in, when the lousiness becomes apparent and I look it up on IMDb and go 'Oh, it's one of *them*'. Eh, it's my own fault and obviously there's an audience for them since the guy seems to make money at it. I'm home sick so no loss. It's not like I paid to see it. ;-)

So I never watched this movie because the premise sounds stupid. But for anyone who did watch it I have one question.

Why did the TCAS/ACAS system not work?

This would be what we called a "B" rated movie. Way too many mistakes to even count. The one that really got me was when 2 military members are at a table talking and I see a Captain calling a Lt "Sir".. When did a LT rank a Captain? For those that want to know why the system dint work it was due to the Satellites fell from orbit. Go Figure...
