a fun observation/goof

I know this is just a game, and this is all in fun, but have you noticed the small problem with "time shifting"

If you are playing the game you know what I am talking about - you are in the present and there are these stones and turn a certain area into the past. My favorite part is fighting a bad guy who lives in the past and pushing him into the future, thus killing him.

Anyway, here is my observation. I am in the present, and there are these boxes, or jars, or something that I break in the present, and yet, when I hit the time stone, the boxes don't come back. Shouldn't they come back since I destroyed them in the present and then reversed the clock?
