I see in the IMDb credits that the actress Alice Ford played the "nurse"? I don't recall seeing her at all.
I'm wondering if she just played the stunt double (not that they look alike) for the nurse in training/physicians assistant, Emily (Elizabeth Di Prinzio)?

Same question here. I haven't seen her in this film at all. There was no hospital or nurse of any kind from what I remember.
in the very beginning, when Emily is leaving the nursing home, they show a quick flash of a nurse and somebody else going into the building. Maybe that's the nurse they're referring to?
shareMy guess is that there was a sequence that got cut from the final edit. She was probably in a scene in the hospital where the husband took the wife after she axed her leg.
