Separate Categories for Comedy?

I personally think they should just start having separate categories for Best Comedy of the Year and Best Actor and Actresses in a Comedy since they only recognize comedians once every hundred years. The Academy just ticks me off anymore. They seem to have such high standards that they don't even recognize half of the many good films that are released per year. I will still continue to watch because I like to see who wins, but I'm getting really tired of the way they run this show.
