Does the Canadian DVD have a 101 minute runtime?

'The Adventures of Mickey Matson and the Copperhead Treasure' was released on DVD in Canada by Mongrel Media on 4/30/2013. Www.mongrelmedia.com lists its runtime as 101 minutes, which is the same runtime listed in local Michigan newspapers for the movie's 5/10/2012 world film premier in Grand Rapids, Michigan. The runtime of my copy of the 10/14/2013 Screen Media DVD released in the U.S. is 93:34 (93 minutes, 34 seconds). Are there two versions of this movie differing in length by 7 minutes or so?

Since I purchased my copy recently at WalMart, I presume that the DVDs of this movie that WalMart started selling on 7/16/2013 were also the same Screen Media DVDs, just offered at WalMart before Screen Media released them to other retailers.
