I hated him the most.He had no business interfering in gabby's personal life. Saying not to get too close to her boyfriend. I no he just didnt want her making the same mistakes he made when he was her age, but still! He wasnt her dad and had no business telling her what to do.
He was her brother, not brother in law. You're right in the fact he was an ass. However, he had a baby when he was in high school along with his mom and other sister. He didn't want her to throw her life away. At the end, he was relieved that she was faking her pregnancy. Yeah he was overbearing but I rather have an overbearing brother than one that don't give a crap.
shareI agree. Her brother came off strong, but he was trying to fill the void of lack of father in her life. He loved her no matter what. That much was evident.
shareJust because he couldn't use a condom doesn't mean they will be like that. And having everybody in her family have a child as a teen could also but what keeps her from having a baby.
shareFor me, he never came across like a protective older brother; he just came off like a dick. The way he told Gaby and her boyfriend at the party that they were eventually going to get pregnant no matter what felt like he was just trying to control her life rather than protect her from going through the same hardships he did. I'd hate to see how he'd treat her if she DID get pregnant....
Although, in his defense, the boyfriend's parents are even worse.
