BAFTA best supporting for 'The Examiner?'

Don't know how they do those awards as compared to the Emmys, but if they submit one episode for consideration, the one where he is demoted was just a classic when he became the doddering old man. Just phenomenal range. I am sorely tempted to locate "My Family" and "Jerrico" (which i think I've seen) to see him in some other roles.

BAFTAs carry the same weight as Emmys as far as awards are concerned. A win is great for anyone's cv.

Jehrico is a fantastic series. My Family is good for the first few series, they just didn't know when to pull the plug. When they finally did pull the plug, the horses had left the barn, if you know what I mean. (As in closing the barn door after the horses had left). You could also try to locate Bert Rigby You're a Fool (I think that's the title). Robert also did the series Horatio Hornblower. Also check out Friends and Crocodiles (also with Damian Lewis) and the "companion" film Gideon's Daughter (both films by Stephen Polliakoff).

I could have sworn Robert also appeared in a series written by Dennis Potter. I have a memory of seeing him on the Bravo Channel when it was still an arts and entertainment channel (not the reality nightmare it is today). But I might be thinking of Bert Rigby...

You are only limited by your own imagination.
