I don't think she knew about Natalie. Or she would have got her out of there and reported her dad.

I believe she was telling the truth the whole time.

I dont think she knew Natalie was in the hole but she probably thought her dad would have killed her because she knows her dad goes to that club and picks up girls where Natalie used to work.

It is possible she looked for information about Natalie to use against her dad when she found her room was made available to rent so she took that opportunity to learn more and possibly find an ally.

Of course she was still nuts for abducting the friendly guy. :D
