Anyone who could translate or explain some scenes?

I couldn't wait more to see this film. I couldn't even find it in English subtitles so I watched it in its original version without knowing Japanese.

I have to say that I loved it. The story is so touching and the acting and directing are brilliant.So much that I had goose pumps during the film without knowing what they were saying. I had to figured out what was going on only based to the English subs on the trailer.

I will have to wait till the day they will release the film with eng subs or I will have to stay with my thoughts on what happened.

Anyone who saw the film and could help me understand the dialogs I would really appreciate it. Thank you.
