I don't think she would get married without a bunch of publicitiy and $$$ but,
on last nights episode 7/5/2012, if you look at the ultrasound, her name appears as "lavalle, nicole"

as far as i know unless you're married, it would show your real last name. Shouldn't the machine have said "Polizi, Nicole" ???

correct me if i'm wrong, i mean, i've worked in the medical field for years and have seen many ultrasounds from friends and family, and this seemed strange to me.

She could've put down jeonni's last name on her own it doesnt mean there married just that she wanted to take his name because there engaged.

Depends she could have just gotten health insurance after she was engaged or she could have been engaged for a while now and just didnt want people to know until she was sure it also isn't considered making up a name when u take you spouse or soon to be spouses last name it could have also had to do with the baby as well which would have HIS LAST NAME.

Just had an ultra sound...u can change the name!!! They will type in your legal name..BUT when u r in there..u can ask to change the name on the Ultra sound..so when u get ur pictures of it..it shows that name..I wanted my husband last name on the pictures..so the ultrasound tech changed it for me..VERY SIMPLE! ..I am sure Snooki wanted his name on there..since they will be getting married soon... trust me I JUST DID IT! :)
