No, it is "You are My Sunshine." It is a 1940s Jimmie Davis song, former Governor of Louisiana, and his horse was Sunshine.

If this entire film was made JUST to have Ray and the Raylettes singing that song at the close it was worth it.
This is one hell of a version of the song and is one of Ray's best.
