Who invited the ex? If quinten is still sleeping with her, why is he acting like he's not? Isn't it obvious who invited her?

Mia invited her. She's one of Mia's best friends and sorority sisters. It's established when one of the guys ask how is Shelby connected to them, and I think Julian answers "Line sisters".
