You are wrong. Unlike s-hitty Indian movies that draw almost all their votes from India, IMDB ratings of Korean movies correctly portray how good the movies actually are. This could be due to Korea having much smaller population than India but it is the truth.
So, i suggest you to actually talk about the content of this movie which IMO fully deserves its high IMDB rating.
The only true rating for a indian movie is gangs of wasseypur it even is in the top 250, it is a really good film.
