OMG BL00DY Christopher Nolans of their basements have spoken up!

Sala Rowdy Rathore, Dabangg banayi toh problem hai. Krrish banayi toh problem hai. Abhi barfi se bhi problem hai? Kya copy copy laga rakha hai? Har movie main story telling technique hoti hai. I agree ki mother scene from Notebook is exact. But the way you kutas are bhonking ....even Mr. Bean copies Charlie Chaplin. Dark Knight Rises ki ending nahi dekhi? Just like Agent Vinod. Chopper main nuclear bomb leke fly away kar lo. Koi kehta hai Emilie se copy ki, koi kehta hai Korean movie se. Sala toh Emily ne Korean movie ko copy kiya? yaan Korean movie se Emilie ko? Nahi dekhna toh maat dekho. But kyon hamara mazaa kharab kar rahey ho?

Haha, you think The Dark Knight Rises ending was copied from Agent Vinod, it had finished shooting ages ago before the pile of *beep* Agent Vinod was released?

Aur kon keh raha hain ki Barfi! sirf ek movie se copy ki hui hain? Is movie ne to sab movies ke record tod diye hain COPY karne main. Ek randi ka/ki bete/beti ki tarah he, uski maa itne laundo se chudi huyi hain ki baap kaun hain pata nahi khudko.

Aur tumne to movie ab dekh liye hain, hamne bhi dekhi hain, ab tumhara maza kaise kharab hoga? Mazaa to humein bhi aaya tha, lekin kyu iski itni taarif kare jo original nahi hain? Gangs of Wasseypur bhi achi movie thi aur maza bhi aaya tha, aur upar se movie bahut original thi. Aisi movies ki tarif karo, naki Barfi!. Anurag Basu aur Pritam - Pakke chor, har film aur music copy karke banaate hain.

yaar par truth toh yeh hai ki woh movies bana rahey hain aur popular hain. Aur tum log sala internet board pe likh ke apni zindagi barbad kar rahey ho. Matlab atleast Anurag basu kuch kar raha hai. Hamare log kya kar rahey hain idhar likh ke? Typical sadi si life. 9-5 crap job aur jo movie bana raha hai uss main faults nikal rahey hain ... uss cheez pe jisme khud koi qualifications nahi hai.

Aur itni gaali? lol. Koi personal Vendetta hai kya Barfi se? Bas yaar woh log toh crores bana liye. Gaali deke nahi khud ki movie banake hi life better hogi. Sahi?

Bhai, yeh samajho ki hum log paise dete hain movi dekhne ke liye, film banane wali nahin. Wur jab main paise deta hooon, to kuch original dekhna chahta hoon, naki koi copy.

The fault is not with him making movies, the fault is with him copying other movies and selling it. If he did copy, why not donate all the profits? Pritam and Anurag Basu, giving bad name to all other decent Indian filmmakers worldwide. There are other people making films too, and they don't release it everywhere, they make very little profits and just do it because they're good at it and love it.

*beep* stupid people don't know the difference between copying a scene and copying an entire movie. Music copied from where? So some other movies also had songs like Kyon, Aashyian, Mai Kya Karoon? Madar Chod, behen ke laure tu Pritam Ke Jhat Brabar Bhi Nahi Hai aur music copy karne ki baat karta hai? Dunia me crores music bante hai, agar ek dusre se similar ho gaya to copy ho gaya? Script is 99% original, scenes maybe 70%. I would rather watch barfi anyday with 70% original scenes than *beep* stupid R Rajkumar, Dabbang, Dhoom2 etc which are 100% original.

Only Question i have for you is -> How old are you?
If you are around 12 yrs old or less then its OK.
Otherwise SERIOUSLY YOU DON'T DESERVE TO HAVE A IMDB ACCOUNT....

Haan bhai Mr Einstein ki chhateein aulad aur Nobel prize jeetney waley genius, main toh tum logon ki jubaan bol raha tha. Thoda similarity daal li toh copy. Tumhari soch se socha toh hi Charlie Chaplin ko Mr Bean copy karta hai. Aur I knew ki Christopher Nolan doesn't even know ki a movie like Agent Vinod exists but jaise idhar log bhonk hi rahey hai, I was just trying to say ki this is how they sound. So tuney khud hi baata diya. 12 yr old types.

Sry boss. Won't post any more. But its pretty silly to see how people are bashing this movie. Sure it is inspired from various sources. But even great movies like Avatar have exact story as Dancing with Wolves. Even a genius like Christopher Nolan takes scenes from older European movies like in Dark Knight. Like the coin flipping scene and pencil scene. But Nolan is still a genius and Dark knight a masterpiece.

I mean I see a lot of trolls on Dark Knight or even Inception board talking trash like they know film making but don't even know how to work a regular camera well or write a two page story. But Indians just take it wayyyyy further. Worst people on the planet. Wannabe Westerners. Like Hans Zimmer said in his interview, "I spent three months writing the score, and they spend a day ...I am being very generous ...listening to it. I know that their opinions are worthless."

I thank Anurag Basu for atleast making such a movie in a country where trash like Wanted, Dabaang and Rowdy Rathore are being made.

Bro my problem is with all the directors and writers who dont give credits.

This is something i posted on another post and this is my only problem.

I dont understand why cant these directors and writers give credits to the movies or novels they are copying from. If only they did, nothing like this would ever happen, they just dont have the guts and decency to do it. And they will never ever do it b'cos only a few percentage of Indians come to know that the movies they watch are all STOLEN and they count on it and take away all the credits.

Then let me tell you they make movies for the public and public's opinion should matter the MOST to any writer, director or anyone in the movie. No matter if its appreciated or not. Nothing else matters. These words that you say Hans Zimmer said only reflects his EGO and disrespect to the entire movie industry and the public (IF AND ONLY IF HE SAID THESE THINGS)....

At least Oh My God makers have credited that the movie is loosely inspired from The man that sued god, but had many originality and differences also with adaptation. Barfi doesn't deserve to be in OSCAR race, not only it stole scenes and claimed credit from different movies, priyanka's character was also stolen from Sadma. Movies like Rowdy Rathore and wanted don't take themselves too seriously and made on the sole purpose of entertainment.

Okay Hemanth bhai, lets just say, we have a full proof of BARFI scenes being inspired from almost 12 movies. I would love to see what Nolan copied from where. Scene to scene, man to man.

hemantkhan i for one am in your support.True it may not be a worthy contender for the Oscar and yes many scenes may be inspired, copied, plagiarized, stolen, xeroxed or whatever that you guys the all mighty certified geniuses of cinema can come up with; but it was a good film and much much much more worth than *beep* called Bollywood and its crap of 200 crore grossing tigers.
at least congratulate basu on the guts to make such a film and the actors for taking such roles which would have probably ended their career in the bikini and six pack ruled world of b-town. yes it may not win first prize or any prize for originality or be crowned a classic or the baap of Indian classical movies, but it does hit all check marks for being a unique and different cinema with a heart and some sense or at least for attempting to do it.
