User Reviews

I haven't read User Reviews in a long time and now I realize why. Some are totally MORONIC! For example, In one, a Canuck blames his government of wasting huge amounts of money on terrible movies like this, gives a diatribe nothing remotely dealing with the film, then complains about terrible "low budget" movies. ("Gravity"s budget must have been astronomical, good thing it was American made.) If huge amounts of money=low budget, the economy really must be *beep* more then we realize.
Then there are the "experts" on Zombies. They must intermingle with them for extended periods of time to know all of their characteristics. What the h**l? Who knows what, if they could or will happen, they actually would be like. Zombie characteristics are in the eyes of their creator. This occurs all the time in all works of fiction, whether it be horror, science, fantasy or even "normal" (depends on a persons opinion of what normal is) drama. I think this is referred to as creative or artistic license.
I actually enjoyed this movie. It gives a little twist to Zombies, it's original compared to most movies in this genre as of late. The makeup was also different. No skin falling off, missing limbs or huge chunks of flesh missing on ALL the creatures. They reminded me more of Mutants then Zombies.
I realize there are lots of good User Reviews but the few that are terribly written or composed without really thinking about what they are saying are a tremendous turn-off. I know, freedom of speech and everyone has an opinion but I sure dont enjoy reading them and won't in the future, until I forget again why I stopped.
Back to the movie. There was some good acting and it was fairly original. I'd give it a 6 in movies overall and a 9 for movies in this genre. Kudos to the developers.
