Honestly not that bad!

For a low-budget film, it delivered some laughs and some creepiness. The acting wasn't too bad. It was mildly entertaining and not boring. There were some genuine surprises. 6/10.

Agreed, I was expecting much worse. I mean let's be real it's in no way a good movie, but it's funny enough, and the gore was well done. Perfect trash to bake to with some friends...

I agree! I really thought it was going to super lame. I thought it was better than the last two "Texas Chainsaw" movies

I just watched 2003's "Dead End," a movie completely undeserving of its near 7 rating, and followed it up with this film, which has a rating of 4.0. Wtf?! Now I am sober and was apprehensive, expecting this'd be akin to "Evil Bong," but was pleasantly surprised to find it's a decent little b-movie. Generally good acting, effects, and pacing, though it suffers the same problem as every incarnation of the story (the witch is infinitely more interesting and likable than the "kids"). I can only assume the low rating is from stoners who expected a laugh-fest, which it isn't. There is some humor, but it sorta has an '80s low-budget-horror vibe.

Better than I expected! But the ending killed it for me.

I thought it will suck, but minus the zombies, which looked cheesy, it kept me entertained

This movie was awesome.
