It's referred to as scripted drama. I wanted to like the show due to the great cars. But can't watch it with all the scripted crap.
Agreed , hard to watch ,I tried but it was painful .
shareThe answer is to cut the show down to 1/2 hour. They won't have time for filler, fake blow ups and scripted BS. Just make the car the star of the show and stop with the drama.
shareWith all the great shows Velocity has, why are we subjected to this crap? "Bitchin' Rides" maybe too over the top for people outside of the US, but the "banter" is out of respect. They also produce great cars.
Why would I watch a show about a guy who's only purpose in life is to bring back Mopar Hemi's? I know he's toned down his ranting last season, but I still believe he's bonkers, or completely looney.
We have shows like BR, Fantomworks, and Restoration Garage, who don't care about the make of the car. They just want to get it beyond correct.
