Ingen fortsättning

All I got was "fantastiska serie" and your sense of disappointment.

And with that, I agree.

I always looked forward to the next episode.

For me, Anno 1790 transported me to another time and place - a "real" time and place full of struggle, tragedy, love, duty and sacrifice.

I was so sorry to see the series end.

But, at least it ended well - it actually had an ending (even in promising a new beginning).

So, to anyone interested in historical drama with excellent stories that make you feel you are really there - 1790s Scandinavia/Europe -in all the filth, beauty, suffering, elegance, striving and splendor - - you may find this TV series very much worth the watching.

I was sorry to see it end, but it does stand, as it is, as a work of art.
