They said the correct answer was c but d can also be arranged to match the above as well.
Yes, but D would be smaller. I went with D at first, because it would make the shape, and I recognized that fact instantly. When they said C was the correct answer I took another look and realized that both will make the shape, but only C will be the correct size. It was a bit deceptive, but not wrong.
