Are cops/shrinks always this good looking?

Hahahaha ... what a joke. The shrink looks more comfortable on a catwalk. And since when does a 22 year old glamour dressed in clothes worth more than my car pass off as a senior homicide detective? Then there's Poppy the side kick (who wears the tighest jeans ever on TV) who is obviously straight out of modelling school. And of course, all SWAT members look like David Sutcliffe too. Jeez, I wish cops looked like this where I come from.
