Pretty decent action, regular cheese storyline, what I hated about it was it took itself too seriously at times. Its supposed to be an over-the-top mockery action flick like Dabangg, then please don't get too emotional/serious. Dabangg never did that. Plus too many songs in this.
6/10 imo where Dabangg was 8/10 for me.
No it was supposed to be a complete masala, with action, comedy, emotions, romance ect, like singham. Dabanng was more of a spoof action movie without a plot. RR was 80s and early 90s style action drama.

RR is way better then dabanng .. its a complete entertainer .. th actionis better the comedy is better the emotional scenes are well placed
DABANNG was good but not a 8 i would give bith a 7 RR had much better fight scenes acting was much better but Dabangg was funnier, RR had a better story

Agree with you. Dabangg is a self-aware look at Indian cinema. RR is just another remake of a regional over-the-top flick that takes itself way too seriously. It is exactly the kind of film Dabangg pokes fun at.
