Firstly, amazing movie!
My question is about Rash and the scene with his parents outside of the hospital. His father says something like "Come home and lets put a stop to all of this" and Rash responds with "I can't".
At first I thought it was about the feud and Rash's unfinished business, but seeing as that never "got resolved", I was left wondering if it was because his parents had found out about him and Sayyid and he went and moved in with him?
This question came back again towards the end there when Rash comes to see Mo, and Mo asks him why he's there, that he can go and they're fine. Thoughts anyone?

To be honest, I couldn't decipher what the father's words after "Come home", but I would guess that Rashid's homosexuality was discovered. The mother did seem quite sad. I like the fact that Mo and Rashid parted on a pleasant but ambiguous note, instead of having Mo suddenly proclaim acceptance of his brother's lifestyle. In my heart, I would want Mo to do such, but it would have been unrealistic in this narrative.
