were Said and Rashid together at the end of the movie? Is it indicated one way or another and I've missed it?

As far as I could tell, that was left unresolved. Just finished the film a few minutes ago.

As far as I could tell they still were. Hence Mo's hesitance when Rashid visits him in case trouble started.

It's not specified but to me it seemed like they were. The last we know of Sayid was the day that Rash was waiting outside the hospital hanging onto his helmet. The last scene between the two brothers could not have taken place that much later since Mo's arm was still in a sling so it's safe to assume they were still together imo.
