Zero character development

This movie just blows through any type of character to get to the action sequences. I am not sure how I am suppose to care about any of these people because the only character you get any real back story of is the female leader. The action was pretty well done although not entirely believable. The movie is only an hour and 18 minutes long it could have easily been a 2 hour movie and would have been fleshed out much better. Not sure why they made it so short.
