Here's My Honest Review

... the one that really counts and the one I give a hoot about.:)

The movie was good in parts , but spoiled by poor writing, weak plot buildup not to mention non-existant character development.

That being said, movies of this specific genre, i.e. shot depicting the Middle Ages have a lot of meat, populations were wiped out, the landscapes were dreary and society was suspicious of one another, lots of suspense and story development is possible.
This movie had all that, plus the natural beauty of the main protagonist is something to look at. She's really breathtaking even with all that filth on her.

Good movie worth a watch, nothing more.I enjoyed it.

A similar movie is Black Death with Sean Bean.
