Cause the way he mentions it here seems fairly positive, comparing it to "I was a Teenage Werewolf" which he seems fond of besides calling the title ridiculous.

Eh, I don't think he was particularly fond of it since he said that he doesn't like werewolf movies. And I can see what he means when he says that Twilight is basically "I Was a Teenage Vampire" and how these types of movies seem to come around every so often.
