Big words coming from a guy who walked off the set. Talk about entitlement. They all want it. Declaring that you want to win more than anyone else... a bit childish. Plus, he broke agreement by leaving. Even the losers are sequesters to avoid spoilers. He shouldn't talk about other people getting unfair treatment.

How was he vicious to Mitchell, except by being critical of his design skills in his blog? He was not "vicious" to anyone on the show, in any way. Honestly, you are taking a snarky comment here and there, which ALL of the designers do EVERY season, and making it sound like he is evil incarnate. What show are you watching? Because the only vicious bullying I've seen has been directed at Sam!
Ken was beyond the pale last ep - the nasty things he said cannot be excused. His rank attitude and Kini's pouting have made this season all but unwatchable.

Oh I agree that Ken has gotten a lot of heat and criticism because of his attitude. I also agree with his win - his creation was great and deserved the top spot.
What I don't get is why people are making Sam out to be some evil, horrible person. He has not done anything to warrant such vitriol. Even Emily, who got eliminated over him, said that she knows he has a good heart.
Name one thing Sam has done or said that would warrant Ken's nastiness. And being snarky in a blog and winning a challenge that was two-thirds his design anyway don't count!

Fine, but what about the other designers who have the same animus towards Sam? You really think it was fair to 'ax' Emily and keep Sam this past challenge? It's easy to say they should worry about their own efforts, but it doesn't seem to matter; they're being taken down one by one so unfairly since producers would rather have this ne'er do well cutie that's riding on other things than talent! ;-/

Excuses, excuses! I wonder how people felt about Michael Costello who was winning challenges legitimately, but was being bullied to death? That was a real case when he wasn't doing anything but doing his own thing! Wretchen and her henchwoman should burn in HELL, but IVY redeemed herself during All-Stars later! She may have just been influenced by Gretchen in S 8, but that group were absolutely terrible to him for no good reason! I'm just so glad he wound up more successful than all of them put together, including the eventual winner with her "off the rack" collection of crap! ;-/

I agree with you about Michael C., always felt he was so unfairly criticized. Ivy was awful in her season, she blatantly tried to sabotage him.
But that is my point about Sam: he is not going around trying to sabotage people, or being nasty and rude. At worst, he may be a bit egotistical and may be using his looks to flirt a bit. Nothing to get so riled up about. If he sucked, that would be one thing, but he has won challenges and received praise from all of the judges, not just Isaac.

Fiero takes any opportunity to still demonize Gretchen, who was on the show years ago. He can't seem to get over it, and for the life of me, I cannot figure out why anyone would care that much. I guess it's ok to say someone should burn in hell (can't believe what Sam said about what's-his-face could be worse than that, BTW). Heaven forbid you criticize their designs, though. That's the real bullying.

shareMy own definition? What, have you read my fk'n biography or something? Comparing what ALL those people did to Michael C in S8 to what's going on with Sam is ridiculous! He wasn't flirting, tossing his hair around, winking and waving to the judges like a school girl! He was being totally introspective and quiet in comparison while Sam is this obnoxious pretty boy who feels entitled; apples and oranges! There's going to be tension and drama when the stakes are this high and are forced to live with one another! I couldn't do it and wouldn't put myself in that position for a million dollars! Sooner or later I'd murder someone; esp. if they smoked! ;-)

Your description of Sam's behavior is over the top. He has shown no more ego than any of the other designers, who all "Ooo and ahh" over their own designs and declare how much they love them! Humility is not this gang's strong suit.

You keep bringing up how Sam lashed out on his blog towards another contestant and that Sam is just as guilty of any type of bullying or horrible behavior and has warranted any kind of hatred against. Yet you do the same thing here, time and time again. I don't understand it. To me, you seem just as guilty as the people you judge and criticize.
shareYou must be thinking of someone else! I've never read or cared about Sam's slanderous blog; maybe referenced once when it was made a big deal because Mitchell was obviously feeling hurt! Sam poo-poo'd his feelings and I was probably done with Sam then! A more sensitive person would TRY to get past the drama, but he couldn't be bothered! ;-/
