Black Dahlia

In season 3, episode 10 the theory of the Black Dahlia killer being Dr. George Hodel was examined. There is misleading use of photographic evidence when the picture of Elizabeth Short on the beach is shown as evidence of Dr. Hodel's connection to Ms. Short. I've read Steve Hodel's book and the actual picture in question is not clearly of Ms. Short. This show plays a little loose with facts when it suits them.
