By taking flying lessons and acquiring a pilots license versus saving money to buy a vehicle! LoL sorry I couldn't resist! I do remember the episode in question and I don't remember the exact religion or culture, but those specific snails are involved with some African's rituals/religions and were smuggled over by them. Mainly their priest/facilitator of these groups and would keep the snails in their backyard and it was there these Arnold SchwarzeSNAILs escaped and from there started wreaking havoc on good'ole south Florida!

A santeria practitioner brought the snails to Florida. They use the mucus from the giant snails in their rituals (don't ask, it's gross).

The wall might only stop the folks walking across the Mexican border. Many other illegal immigrants, particularly those coming to Florida, come by plane and overstay their visas.
