Did they mention Susan was married during the first season? Vivian Bang was on the show so rarely and even then she had almost nothing to do with the plot of any episode, I did not realize the character was married.

Not that I know of. I dont recall her even having a boyfriend. Susan barely had any screen time.

Yeah it seemed like when she was on the show she was in the bar alone, and being berated by Mom. I caught some idea that among the abuse points was her being single.

I think the very first episode it was mentioned she was married and had a couple of kids...vaguely remember her Mom giving her a hard time because her husband was so successful and then she'd slam her.

I never remembered anybody mentioning a husband or other kids for Susan. The son was a toddler in the pliot. Now he is grade school and a sister was added.

Susan's husband was played by Ken Jeong. He is a doctor and never takes time off.
Steve got him to come to the bar to relax and he ended up getting too relaxed and inviting his other doctor buddies to the bar and pissing off Ok Cha....

He was in 1 episode...season 2.

I think I was always under the impression that the daughter had done EVERYTHING her mother wanted including marrying well but her brother has always been the favorite child.
