In SoHo. Pretty nice digs. These apartments go for millions of dollars.

Doesn't look like it should cost a million dollars. The neighbourhood looks a bit shoddy and there's cars and noise right in front, as and artist shouldn't she have bought some cottage in the country overlooking the waterfall?
