Some thought on the film

I didn't like the reaction of the older brother - I can understand him being upset but to suddenly hate his brother after showing previously how much he loved him was a little extreme. I also was puzzled at how quickly he seemed to change - one moment he's cursing the Israelis and the next he's saying he wants to visit Tel Aviv and he's offering to shake the Jewish fathers hand?

I also have to wonder how slanted the film was to show that, even though they were raised in different situations, the Arab was a sort of lost slightly lazy person who was "artistic" while the Jew was a hard working driven person working towards being a doctor. Are they trying to say some things are just built into your DNA?
