When is DVD blu ray release?

Most likely, FUNimation has to adhere to Toho's rules on when to release the film. The UK announced their Region B locked releases for June and July. And they released it in theaters back the same time we did here in the States. Almost a year. A damn year. Toho needs to change their ways and I feel that they never. It also doesn't help that the first film leaked a few weeks after the Japanese theatrical release and that eBay was flooded with copies. The second film also had a Russian DVD5 release which mean that while the film was a nice digital copy, the only audio option was Russian dubbing. So, after Thanksgiving, you could get both movies via piracy. You'd think to combat the piracy, Toho would have moved the release date up but held it off and it came out in February and March.

It's frustrating.
